Brewed with a hop bill more akin to a big IPA, heaps of Spectrum Citra & Strata have been dry hopped over an extra pale gluten free grist case. The results are a super pale crisp session with bold summery aroma of fresh berries and grapefruit, with the first sip serving up clean citrus blasts with crushed passionfruit and mango madness. Low bitterness throughout

light flavour of English elderflowers and Sicilian lemons and gently sparkling

Offering a unique combination of aromas

5% IPA packed with our favourite hops

Soft saturation up front

light oak and gentle spice

then fermented before careful distillation in copper stills to create a refined and expressive spirit
