It has a P bass body with a Tele Bass neck, sort of like the Mike Dirnt model. With the gold anodized pickguard, ashtray bridge cover and finger rest, this thing oozes vintage vibe. The wear on both the body and neck are very consistent with Fender road worn's I've seen, so I believe the relic wear really was done at the factory.
